abstract

2020, an unprecedented pandemic happened.

In order to control the spread of disease, the travels were restricted, people were suggested to stay at home. By the time the battle mode against COVID-19 is activated, the innovation of people played a critical role in the pandemic response.

People in Myanmar quickly adopted new tools and technologies to respond to the pandemic in an affected way.

The rise of open data, dashboards, and visualizations all came together with the contact tracing methods. And the home staying people well understood the importance of open data. We introduced many new civic technologies for the people to collaborate together under one goal.
